Are You Ready To Invest In Real Estate But Don't Know Where To Begin?

The properties you invest in may be single family homes, duplexes or four-plexes but the principal is the same. Start with a small investment property that brings in Positive Cash Flow and keep adding to your portfolio until you can move up to a larger apartment building, commercial or Triple Net (NNN) property.

Real Estate provides the highest returns, the greatest values and the least risk of all investment vehicles. Virtually every great fortune was made or strongly enhanced by real estate investment and United States tax laws ensure that trend will continue.

WHAT IS A 1031 EXCHANGE?
Thanks to IRS Code Section, IRC §1031, a properly structured exchange allows an investor to sell a property, to reinvest the proceeds in a new property and to defer all capital gain taxes. IRC §1031 (a)(1) states:
